Collage Sculptures (2016), are a series of architectural and sculptural constructions masquerading as photographic collages. Through the collaging of interior design magazines, Lawley generates new spatial vocabularies and an aspirational proposal to engage with what appears as an advertisement for contemporary living but are strangely absent of all activity, function and offer only fragmented spatial planes.
